Today I’m beyond excited to finally tell you about something that’s been in the works for a little while now. Over the last few months Polka Dot Bride has been kind enough to share with her readers some of my craft tutorials originally posted here on Atypical Type A.
Ms Polka has since approached me about becoming a contributing editor of Polka Dot Made and of course I couldn’t say yes quick enough! I’m pumped to be a part of their creative (not to mention super lovely) team, thank you ladies!
So today I invite you to head on over there to see the first of many exclusive DIY projects: fabric fortune cookie favours.
Being a bridal blog, the projects I create will obviously be wedding-related. But even if you’re not interested in weddings, do still check them out, as many ideas could easily adapt to suit parties, home decor or gifts. These fortune cookies, for example, would be great as conversation starters at a dinner party or re-used with a cute personalised message in your kids’ lunchboxes.
