More DIY goodness from our wedding today, this time these potted branches and decorated twig balls.

decor, our wedding, weddings
Hi, I’ve been following your blog for about a year and I have a question about your potted branches project. How did you transport them to the wedding site? I am planning to do something similar (with taller birch branches), but I’m worried about the plaster cracking when we lay them on their sides for transport. Did you experience anything like this? Thanks!
Hi Shayna, my father-in-law took them (along with other decorations) in his van so they were upright. Although we have since transported them on their sides in our little car and they were fine. The only reason I could see that being a problem is if you used a plastic pot or didn’t allow them enough drying time. Good luck!
